If you need to return, exchange or cancel your order we make every effort to try and make this process easy for you.
You can return any item or your whole order within 30 days from receipt for an exchange or a refund without questions asked. Simply fill in the easy to use exchange/cancellation notice which will arrive with your order and send this along with your order back to us.
Refunding made easy
Once we have received back your returned items along with your cancellation notice we should have no reason to contact you so helping to speed up the returns process. Once a refund has been made we will send you a confirmation email regarding your refund so you can expect your money back into your bank account within a few working days.
